late post again

well since I was not up at the butt crack of dawn to coach and saw that only one showed up
for the class. hopefully he knew what he was doing so he did not need much coaching.

so today's workout was:

3 rounds for time:
15 dumbbell thrusters (50#/35#)
30 weighted situps (50#/35#)
