so today we visit the exercises many of you guys and girls just love to have come up.

go ahead and kick and whine about it and then just shut and up and take the pain for today.

workout:

5 rounds for time:
80 over the hurdles
30 box jumps (24in/20in)
20 kettlebell swings (24kg/16kg)
