Today's workout is pretty good. Just a different take on a favorite lift.

Workout:
Sumo Deadlift- work on form and then go up to a heavy single
metcon:
AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
3 sumo deadlifts (185/115)
6 pullups
9 burpees
